I dunno what some of the otter reviewers were expected. It clearly states fitted woman's tee. It is fitted and it runs very true to size. I just had a baby 3 weeks ago and usually I'm a size 16-18. I put this shirt on and the XL fits me just fine. But again keep in mind it is a fitted shirt that does run true to size. I think if you want a bagger shirt get the men's version
