I love these coasters they are solid and water proof they protect my coffee table when my glass sweats from the ice in it and the heat outside I wish I could afford more but being in Canada they are too expensive to have them shipped

I ordered these and they arrived chipped. I called the customer service line and they were very professional and explained they would have another set out to me asap. The other set arrived quickly but was once again chipped. I am getting ready to call again soooooo we will see.

I like everything about these coasters except for the printing of the artwork. It looks a bit blurry, as if the quality of the artwork used was not quite what was needed to print on this type of surface.

The first time these were shipped to me they were all chipped and the latch on the box was broken. But as soon as I called customer service they sent me a new set and it was in perfect condition. The only down-side about these coasters is that the sweat from a glass can make it stick and cause it to slip.
