I wasn't sure what size to get and I was worried it was see through as other comments have mentioned, but I'm happy and satisfied with the product!

For those judging on size and are similar size to me (5'3, 130lbs, narrow waist, 34D) a Medium fits perfect. It was fitted through my body as a fitted womens shirt should, but it wasn't super tight either. The material pulled a bit across my chest, but that's expected for me.

I was able to try on a large but the Large was FAR TOO BIG across my shoulders and body, and fit me more like a loose mens small tshirt than a fitted womens tshirt.

If you wear a colored bra, it is noticeable through the shirt, so don't do that! I wore a nude bra which you couldn't see through the shirt. I also wore a white cami. You could slightly make out the lines of the white cami, but I wore it because I felt more comfortable with it on. Just a personal preference, not because the product needed it. When I pulled the shirt down, the length was long enough to reach mid way down the back pockets of my shorts.

I haven't washed it yet, so I don't know how it will hold up post washing, but if you follow the washing instructions I'm sure it will survive. It does wrinkle though.

I was apprehensive to purchase this set after reading some of the reviews, especially about the t-shirt itself, but thankfully those negative reviews proved to be wrong.

I can't say how it washes up as I haven't washed it yet. I bought it for Halloween and will probably wait impatiently until then to wear it! But I always wash all my shirts in cold water and line dry them, so I'm sure it will be fine.

The people saying it was paper thin and the sizing reviews made me nervous. I don't know if the material the shirt has been made out of has changed but the shirt is not overly see through. I tried it on with a beige bra and couldn't see through it at all.

As for sizing, some people were so kind as to post the mesaurements of the large shirt which was helpful to me in deciding what size to order so I will do the same. I purchased the XL shirt and the measurements are as follows:

Across the bottom: 21.5"
Across the chest (just under the arm holes): 20.5"
Length (Top to Bottom): 26.5"
Across Shoulders: 16"
Arm holes (measured flat): 7"

Also the material has a little strecth to it.

The XL was the perfect choice for me. It is definitely not sized as Jrs.

I do wish they'd have a sizing chart on the site, but since they don't, I hope the measurements of the shirt are helpful to someone who is on the fence like I was about what size to order.

Also, the apron is very good quality, heavy material, could use it as an apron in the kitchen.

The set looks just like the set on the show and I can't wait to be Sookie for Halloween this year!

I've seen a few reviews that complain about the logo on the shirt not matching the apron. Go look at a picture from the show right now and you will see that is exactly how the uniform is on the show. I wear the shirt as a regular shirt, but I have used the set as part of a costume. It is well made and very comfortable. I highly recommend it!

I was hesitant to order because of all the reviews about size differences, quality, etc. but I'm glad I made the decision to get this costume for Halloween. I got the Small and it fit like expected. It was a little longer than I thought it would be but it was nice to wear with leggings (covered up my rear). The shirt is comfortable and both the apron and shirt are great quality.

I don't understand why everyone complains about the tee shirt. The quality of the material is about what I would expect from any women's fitted tee. Maybe hbo started using a different brand. Either way, think it's fine.

I had no idea what size to buy since I read that these are junior's size tees so I ordered a medium thinking I could at least shrink it in the dryer. Well, the M fits perfectly...especially after a run through the washer and dryer on high heat. It's fitted through the chest and waist but not skin tight. (for reference, I am 5'5" and 34C with 26" waist.)

Just got this for Halloween. The quality is okay. Very soft material(tshirt) but it is see through. It's also a little short or not as long as I'd like it to be but still looks great with the apron. The color of the apron doesn't match the Merlotte's patch on the shirt. And the only thing I wish I could really change is the size of the Merlotte's patch on the shirt. It's a bit small.

my friend and I each bought this costume set for a convention and it looked great on us! the apron is really nice and could be used as an actual apron. the only downside is the t-shirt is quite thin, I had to wear a white cami underneath to make sure you couldn't see right through it. but other then that it's awesome! the sizing seemed true to size, I am about 5'4 and 125lbs, I ordered a medium and it fit great.

the shirt fits so well! very soft material, very stretchy not too big at all! i have problems with shirts fitting too short but its the perfect length and doesnt bunch or gap anywhere! the fabric is a little see through but im pretty sure thats how its supposedt to be.

I got the shirt/apron set today and love it! I normally wear a L in a womens fitted t-shirt so after reading lots of reviews I stuck with L. The fit is ok although I probably would have been happy with a XL also ( I usually avoid XL because of the wider shoulders though so I'll take the L as incentive to drop some lbs!). I expected it to be snug and it is, but the fabric is soft and does stretch some if you try to stretch it a little…. it doesn't look like it's stretched around me, just snug and form fitting, hugging my generous curves. I'm 5'3", 38C and have more around the waist and hips than I'd like(but proportional to my bust), but with this fit should I ever get around to losing some weight I should still be able to wear it for a while. I plan to wash in cold water though and hang to dry (but I do that with a lot of clothes). The material is a bit see through though. I wouldn't call it poor quality material, but because it is snug anyone paying close enough attention will be able to notice that I have tattoos under there.

Another reviewer from a year ago was kind enough to give measurements so I'll do the same. Flat measurements for the L (so measure a shirt you have that fits correctly and compare): 19" across right under the arm, 18" at the waist, 19" at the bottom (hips), about 28.5" long (from the top of the neck/shoulder), and 15" from shoulder to shoulder (the seems where the sleeves are attached at the top). The previous review I found was flat measurements for a M: 18" under the arm, 16.5" at the waist, 19" at the bottom and about 24" long (note: she did indicate she washed in hot water to try to shrink it a little so I don't know how much these measurements are off from a non-washed one).

And the apron will fit just about anybody. The actual apron part is 23" x 12", but the measurement from the end of one tie to the end of the other is about 97" so I wrap around my waist and tie in the front. It is a darker green than the logo on the shirt though.

If anyone has bought larger than a L I hope you'll enter the measurements as well as I have friends considering a purchase, but they are wondering about the measurements on larger sizes.

Set looks okay if you don't look too closely. I think the two factors that annoy me are that you can see right through the shirt. Wearing a white bra, you can see the lines very clearly. Pretty annoying given the price of the t-shirt.

Secondly, the logo on the t-shirt is a lighter shade of green than the green used for the apron. To me, the shades of green should be the same.

Other than that, the set is fine. Just don't have super high standards for it.

I read all the crazy reviews on here about getting one size larger than you normally are - DO NOT LISTEN!

I am: 119, 5'5". I ordered a small (even though I was worried it might be too small...) but it's perfect. It's nice and long, and honestly, I wouldn't mind if it was a little tighter!

Excited to wear it tonight at the party! That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 - I've only tried it on, not really worn it yet.

Oh, also, there isn't a logo on the back of the shirt... I was kinda hoping it would have a larger Merlotte's logo on the back... oh well I guess.

I absolutely love this set! Is is very comfortable and it fits great. A lot of people said to get a size bigger than you are but i disagree. I am a size Medium and I ordered a size medium and it fits perfect. I am 34C 5'4 130lbs and it fit just right. The fabric is very soft and makes the most comfortable Halloween Costume EVER!! The apron was just the icing on the cake...there is no way the outfit would've been complete without it. Sookie Stackhouse, here i come!! <3

The imprint was great and is made of good quality fabric but folks honestly,... if you are a large woman who tucks shirts in, this will disappoint you. It's a typical woman's shirt. Not long on tuck-ability for those who are long waisted/large breasted or belly.

I'm 5'10" and usually wear a junior extra large or women's large. I ordered the large and it fits fine, almost on the big side. Order what you wear in women's. The material is thin, like most junior stuff, but not bad.

It's a cute shirt. Will totally wear it on Halloween and after. Not the best quality, but is great for layering. Have not washed it yet. Hope it holds up. Note the "note" to size one up; I'm glad I did. Would purchase again.
