I ordered this as a christmas present for a friend. When it arrived to me and was missing a straw - customer service was great at trying to get things sorted out for me.
The only downside to me is it not being dishwasher safe.

I love this glass! It keeps drinks cold for quite a while. The only downside of it was the straw. I dropped it I the counter (not but a foot or two below where I was holding it) the very first day I had it and the straw shattered. You can get replacement straws at almost any dollar store though so I found a new one.

Typical tumbler glass. Do love the thing on the straw that keeps it from coming out of the glass with the lid on. The instructions mention that it's not dishwasher safe and I haven't tested that fact yet.
