The canvas is a great size and the quality is fairly nice but the wood frame used on it is more glue then wood. Felt cheap and flimsy which I was hoping for better but seems to be a common theme (see wall plaques). I'd rather they not use the cheap wood and I could find a better way to mount it.

Check the dimensions! I did not realize how large this was or I may have rethought it. I have no idea where to put it! The dimensions are there though so I have no one to blame but myself.
The quality of the canvas is good though and the places are accurate. I do wish there was more detail and the newer places across the Narrow Sea. This is more of a book 1-3 map. But overall it makes a nice addition to my house full of GoT stuff!

This is the best Westeros map I have seen so far. The actual make of the product is outstanding, and the shipping was prompt. It is much larger than anticipated. The various landmarks and castles of Westeros are detailed and the coloring of the actual map is great. The only way this would be better is if the makers had included other parts of GRRM's world on the map (the Summer Isles, Vaes Dothrak, Slaver's Bay, etc.)

I bought this for my husband who was having difficulty following the Game of Thrones.
I only wish it had more detail.
I've read all the books and I'm familiar with the locations, but still, on occasion, have to refer to the maps in the books (lots of detail there).
I would love to see a similar map of The Free Lands and Valyria.
