I bought this as a gift for a my Game of Thrones fan nephew and he clearly liked it. It's well made, but don't expect it to be one of those big beer steins; the size is sort of average; it's not tiny, just not as big as one might expect.

The shipping for this item took a very long time, well over two weeks. The stein is on the small side, but I got it as a gift and I think the novelty of it is enough to enjoy, even if it won't hold much beer.

Order came in broken. called customer service, was very easily replaced. Great customer service, will buy again. mug was smaller than i thought it would be however, more like a coffee mug. Still awesome though.

We had been able to purchase the other three steins at local stores, but were unable to obtain the "Stark" stein anywhere.
Online shopping at HBO turned out to be easy and quick. We now have all four steins from the "Game
of Thrones" series.

When I bought this Stein I didnt read the description on it and thought it would be a big beer stein, but now I only use for coffee and small drinks. Kind of a disappionted on how small it was for the pricetag.

The stein's great, love the Stark logo on one side and the Game of Thrones logo on the other. Seems solid and the great little shape nuances of the stein are great.
The shipping is terrible. Packaging is pathetic and whoever HBO uses to mail must toss boxes off buildings to see if they break. Had to call up and order another one which was no problem, HBO was great about it.

My husband's favorite stein is cracking and he needed a new one. He is a Game of Thrones Nut - read all the books and loves House Stark. He fell in love with this Stein.

Bought for a newly legal drinker who loves the stein. However, NO information came with it. The only thing we know about it is that its made in the USA. Nothing about washing, dishwasher, microwave (though why?). Nothing on how to handle it. That's our only complaint, otherwise its great!

The first Stein I received had chips on the bottom and a crack running all along the side. Customer service was excellent. They shipped a new one out asap and the new one is in perfect condition. It is very large and will fit any sized beverage you wish to put in it

Easy ordering process. Item arrived on time. However, I paid extra for the gift box since this was a birthday gift for my son. It was in the gift box, but the outside, delivery box, had the HBO label on it, so it took a little away from the surprise of it. That was a bit disappointing. Might as well have saved the money on the gift box. That was the only negative.
