Just got my Lannister hoodie in the mail yesterday. It's a dark maroon colour in person, veering on purple. It's not the classic Lannister crimson but it's still very nice. The proud lion sigil is very prominent and it's well applied, and not likely to flake off like some cheap applique. I do like how there are no HBO or Game of Thrones logos on the hoodie so you don't look like a walking billboard. The lion rampant will only be known to fellow Thronies, or fans of medieval heraldry.

The fit is true to size (6", 200lbs and I ordered the large). Soft and comfortable.

I am 6'1'' and I ordered a large. It's a little big for me but still, it's very comfy. So, if you are tall and skinny like me, maybe I would recommend a medium size, but if you like floating in your clothes, then the large size would be all right! Oh and the fabric is very high quality and soft.

I am a 26 year old female. I love this hoodie! I contemplated not getting it, because I would have hated to have to return it. I'm 5'3" and 114 lbs and I ordered a men's small. It's a little long in the sleeves and body (longer than most my men's small tees I wear as pjs), but it's okay. It's cozy and it's not overly drowning me. I haven't washed it yet as I just got it yesterday... If it shrinks, that'll be great, if not, that'll be great too. It's cozy. I also love that I won't be a walking billboard. Oh, and this hoodie is amazingly soft!!!

Well, right off the bat I'm a, 20 year old, female and I have absolutely fallen in love with this sweater. I use the sweater for almost every day use. I go to school in it with a pair of black leggings underneath, as well as grey leg warmers, and a nice pair of flats; and I could go out to a casual pub in the same outfit later on. I love that it is so comfortable, cozy, soft and warm... it has become my favourite sweater. I dislike that I am left with some little burgundy fluff sticking to my clothes and hair; but it's something I would put up for to be able to be this comfortable.

Bought a medium, fits me perfectly (I'm 6'0"). Comfortable, surprisingly lightweight, and both the maroon colour and the black Lannister sigil look fantastic together. The best part, as someone else mentioned, is that it isn't designed like a "walking ad". Overall a great way to show your love for the lions.

I'm a girl but I prefer wearing guys sweaters because they're always more comfortable and not so tight. I LOVE the Lannister hoodie. Initially a bit tight at the bottom but after a day it loosed up to a comfortable fit. I love wearing it to school, so comfortable. Also, I like how it just has the distressed sigil, so unless someone is a big fan they won't initially know what it's from.

Very soft and comfortable. I bought it to sleep in and wear to the gym, but actually wear it out other places cause the design is cool and subtle. Doesn't look like you're a walking ad, but shout-out to other Thrones fans.

Medium fit perfect - enough room for shirt underneath.

Have only washed once, but so far color hasn't faded. Seem durable.

I needed more hoodies for the winter season and there is no secret that I love Game of Thrones. This sweatshirt is so great. I love the distressed look to the sigil, the color is great. I purchased an XL so I could layer it over t-shirts and the like because I do a lot of traveling for school and it's just perfect. I actually came back to the site a day after Christmas to buy more but they were out at the time. Thankfully, though, HBO brought them back. I purchased two more of different houses. The super plus side is that they're pretty sturdy. My puppy jumps at me all the time and this hoodie has taken it like a champ. Totally in love with it. I hope winter lasts for a good, long while!

This hoodie looked great but the xxl I ordered was a large at best. Getting the hoodie past my shoulders was almost impossible so bigger guys beware on buying this. Smaller guys order larger than usual because I cannot imagine how tiny the larges or mediums would be

Hey GoT fans! I'm back with yet another GoT shop item review. Again I'm impressed with the accuracy, timing, and ease of my HBO experience and will order again! As always, I include specific sizing information to help others obtain accurate orders: I am a petite woman still at 5 feet tall, with a small waist (23 inches), and a larger bust (D). I ordered a size SMALL.

Pros: So this is my first Lannister fan gear purchase and I wanted something cozy but subtle to ease me into it. I've had such positive experiences with other HBO hoodies so this gorgeously-colored one was an easy choice. It's a nice burgundy, slightly more crimson and wine-based (wine? Perfect for Cersei!). The distressed sigil is lovely, though definitely a bit more faded than pictured as is often the case with the distressed gear. There is no "Game of Thrones" logo so it's definitely a subtle/"fan-only" piece, but still manages to be beautiful and quite fashionable for non-fans. And my Lannister hoodie is BY FAR the most comfortable of my own set. It's so warm, cuddly, and well-made. Great for layering against the winter, snuggling up, and even sleeping. Washing was fine (wash inside out to prevent the sigil from fading, hang to dry, if you do tumble dry only on low), and it held up under a low tumble dry. Just so cozy!

Cons: While it's the most comfortable and warmest of my GoT hoodies (which include the House Stark "Winter is Coming" Direwolf and the House Targaryen "Fire and Bold" Dragon), it's also the largest. The others were a bit more figure-flattering for my small frame and I appreciated that. Ordering a size SMALL again, I thought it would be the same fit. But it is significantly roomier. Granted, that's not exactly a con at all. It's cuddly that way! And it still looks cute. It hits at about my bum and is quite roomy, but that's fine. Just a note to not expect this style to be as small as the other styles.

Over-All: I love it! Technically, this would be a 4.5 review for sizing consistency. But it's so lovely, durable, and warm. Only the finest is suitable for a Lion, and this certainly merits. I just wish there was an XS or woman's fit option to embrace even a Halfman! Will shop again!
