Everything about these coasters is great. The only negative thing is that one of them came with a broken corner. Luckily the cork underneath held it together, and I was able to use some appropriate glue to fix the stone. I did not want to bother returning the coasters and waiting for a new set to ship.

These arrived damaged due to poor packaging. But after calling customer service, I had a new set in just 2 days! They look amazing and they're very good quality. Definitely recommend for the avid GoT fan!

Great coasters. They look and feel amazing, just don't drop them on a hard surface. If you're a fan of the show I would recommend them. The only issue is the absolutely insane poor packaging. They came in a non-discript white cardboard wrapper which was tumbling inside a larger cardboard box. Mine weren't broken, but I cannot figure out why. If you order them at least request better packaging.

These are beautful and really fun to use while you re-watch the series! Serve up a goblet of Arbor red and fight with your friends over which house you'll use. Really great illustrations!

They look great. They do have little chips on some of the edges but it looks as thought they are supposed to be there and it makes them look more authentic.

They are not water absorbant like the ones made of sandstone but they are heavy duty.

I like them better than the cardboard/plastic ones like the TrueBlood set.

the packaging is terrible and the coasters arrived cracked. HBO store was great and resolved the problem quickly, but this problem is going to keep occurring until they package the coasters better! (funny thing, the replacement set was sent exactly the same way as the original and it arrived fine!)

I had read warnings from other customers about the flimsy packaging but decided to take a chance and see what happened. it all worked out in the end but it was annoying having to give my husband broken coasters for Father's Day!

I recommend staining them with a little coffee or juice to change the white to a deeper and richer color. I went slowly to adjust the color and not make it too dark.

The coasters are quite thick, and have a cork bottom to avoid slippage. One of the four coasters came broken (the box they were in wasn't protected). I contacted HBO about this, and they are sending me a replacement set. Thank you.

The coasters are great, but the box that they arrived in was hardly enough to protect the product. I was very lucky that they didn't arrive chipped or broken. The HBO Store really needs to up their quality in packaging for their products. As for the coasters, I love them.

After reading neg comments, was worried by ordering House Sigal Stone coasters from oversea, (cracks/chips etc) being fragile item. But all were packaged neatly & securly no breakages-Already have envious neighbours wanting the coasters.

These are a great set of coasters. The family crests and mottos look great and are well done. The overall quality of the coasters are quite good. They seem to be solid and have a good heft to them. They look awesome on my coffee table!

Great stuff. I only had two issues with these. They're a bit more slippery than one would think. Granted, your glass isn't going to slide off by itself, but there's very little friction.

My main problem is that HBO ships them without any protection whatsoever. The first set I got had a small crack in one, while the second set that they were nice enough to give me for free had one split completely in half.

Advice: Don't order these on short notice (i.e. last minute gift), and be prepared to call HBO and wait for another set to be shipped.

HBO: PLEASE package these things with better protection!
