Nothing much I can say about these items I ordered to share with friends, but 5 of the mugs arrived BROKEN upon delivery! Is there anyway we can replace or refund?

I LOVE all the Game of Thrones steins that I got! They look fantastic and I have them all displayed. The best part was that two of them arrived broken and it was so wonderfully easy to eamil what happened, and HBO send me another two free of charge, and I didnt have to return the broken ones. All customer service should be so great! Definately recommend!

Awesome looking mug from a more than awesome show! It looks quite fragile on the other hand but I've washed it 5 times now and it's still wonderful.
