Originally, HBO took forever filling and delivering the order. They charged my checking account about a week after the order "went through", which caused me a little bit of an economic strain. That being said, the shirt showed up about four days passed the mentioned delivery date, and it wasn't the Game of Thrones Lannister shirt that I had ordered. They sent me a Flash shirt, which was puzzling, because there aren't any Flash shows on HBO. Needless to say, I was a little angry at this point. I called the customer service number, and was ready to tear the head off of whomever answered. Just my luck, the sweetest, nicest sounding girl answers. Her name was Alyssa, or Amanda, or Ashley.. something with an A. Angela? She apologizes profusely for the mix-up and offers to resend the correct shirt at no charge. I didn't even have to send the other shirt back. I was almost as pleased as my brother was, as he received two shirts for his birthday instead of just one.
