Love it wish it was a tumbler so that I could take it everywhere ie. in the car, but it was exactly what I ordered. I'm completely happy with it. Arrived earlier than expected, which is always a plus!

The first product I received actually was damaged upon arrival. The handle was chipped and cracked along the base. I inquired with customer service and I was sent a replacement product, which was in good condition. However, there is a sticker at the bottom of the mug that says the product may contain one or more substances or chemicals known to the state of California to cause birth defects and other reproductive harm. That is my only concern with the mug. That aside, it is very stylish and holds a good amount of beverage.

Bought this for myself and I LOVE it! I didn't realise the outside was flat black with a shiny inside, but I like it. It makes it different than any of my other mugs :)

Because of the warning label i was reluctant to use them for drinking. Lovely to look at but not practical.
