Follow the directions and DO NOT run it through the dishwasher. Most "collectable" pints/glasses are like that, so I was not at all surprised by the advisement. I bought the Stark, Lannister and Targaryn glasses. They are fantastic! Looking forward to House of Tully?? Hope they have more of a selection in the future.

Although I love the glasses, there was a huge problem with the shipping. I ordered two of the glasses for a Christmas gift for my brother. When they arrived, they were shattered. The glasses were not wrapped individually, but were stacked together with a very THIN layer of bubble wrap wrapped around it once. They came in a box so big, that the glasses were rattling around the box with no protection. I was appalled that such little care was taken in the shipping of such fragile items. To HBO's credit, they re-shipped a new order overnight, and this time they were wrapped very well and in an appropriate size box.

The glass is sturdy and would probably never break, but if it did, I would buy another one just like it. I just love it!

I bought this as a present for someone. It was shipped quickly, arrived when they told me it was going to AND it was wrapped so well that the glass was perfectly intact. I would buy again from the HBO store for sure!

The pint glasses are great. HOWEVER, the shipping leaves something to be desired. I ordered three glasses and one of them was shattered upon arrival because two were packed together in one sleeve of bubble wrap. The glass that was by itself was fine but the inner glass of the two packed together was broken. HBO was great about sending a replacement quickly, but these were a gift that was then late. I know I'm not the only one who had this problem, and it could be solved so easily with more careful packaging.

Bought this and the Targaryen one for my husband and I, the Stark one didn't make it through shipping and I'm surprised the Targaryen one did. But HBO is replacing it so no big deal.

Other than that, nothing but good things to say. Seems as sturdy as a glass cup can be, good decals, and size is good as well.

Bought this item as a gift for my boyfriend. Arrived quickly, even though was international shipping. Item was packed very well and was pristine.

The product is great, but the shipping is awful. When the glasses arrived, they were nested in each other with bubble wrap only on the outside, therefore arrived shattered.

HBO was awesome with customer service and shipped again, however they arrived in the same condition the second time.

Called customer service again and received not-so great service. Asked if they could be shipped separately and the representative said that he could not control how they were packaged or shipped. Very poor service this time.

They were re-shipped again and arrived in good condition, but it was hard getting them in a timely manner as they were a gift.

HBO - you have great products, just poor packaging!

House sigils ( I bought all 5 glasses) are coming off in the dishwasher in first wash. Not sure I'm going to return them because shipping to send them all back, I don't know if it's worth it. Frustrating. Wish I'd read more reviews before purchase. Decals don't look that great to begin with, but its pretty heartbreaking when they come off.
