I purchased this to keep at my office and it is excellent! It arrived within about two days of shipping out and was in perfect condition when I received it. It was a little larger than I had anticipated, but that was not a problem at all. I have received many compliments from my coworkers who are all Game of Thrones fans, and I am quite satisfied with my purchase :)

I thought it would be a cool Mother's Day gift. The recipient didn't get it. Not a Fan Girl I guess. Oh well... there's always next year. At least HBO's filming Ture Blood in my neighborhood!!!

The first mug I received was cracked down the side and on the bottom. It was likely broken before packaging because it wrapped in about six inches of bubble wrap. However, HBO customer service was super nice about sending me another one and the whole ordeal was easy. I got my replacement mug in today and it looks great! Definitely worth the money.

I got this mug in the Khal/Khaleesi set, they're both a lot larger than I expected which is great for me, as I love my tea :)
Both came in perfect condition - I was worried as the shipment took forever to get here, but nothing was broken or cracked,

Love the matching mug to the Khal mug. Great design and really good size. As with the Khal mug I am not sure if the mug is dishwasher safe so I wash it by hand but other than that I love it!

I ordered this as a complement to my husband's order. It came broken twice (the handle). However, HBO store was gracious enough to send it one last time. It made it in one piece the third time. I will take good care of the handle though.
Overall I am happy with the size and overall look of it.

I want to say what wonderful service I received... I live in Canada and when my set of mugs arrived in the mail the Khaleesi mug handle was broken in 3 places due to the mail handling procedures and Christmas rush no doubt... I called the HBO shop and informed them that it was broken in transit and they immediately sent me off a new one... thank you and I am hopping it arrives in time to go under the tree...Merry Christmas everyone.
