When I received this mug in the mail, I noticed that the "But I'm not wrong" lettering on it was slightly chipped off on certain words. I called the HBO Store to tell them about it, and they sent me a brand new one right away in perfect condition.
I'm happy with the purchase, and my only issue with the mug is the size of the handle, which I find to be somewhat small, but manageable.

The picture showing the mug is wrong. The way it is shown, both cups with the handle on the right, would mean that text would have to be one or the other. Rest assured, the mug has "but I'm not wrong" on one side and "Real Time" on the opposite. Great mug!
