Looks exactly as it appears in the photo. Maybe slightly smaller then I expected. I got it as a gift for my husband and he's using it for tea at his office. I would have thought beer at home - but hey - to each their own! Great product, may get a matching one for myself.

Appears to be solid, holds quite a bit of liquid, but it was smaller than I thought it would be - not the exactly ideal stein, more like a coffee mug.

I really like all of the house steins, a great collectible that also has practical uses. I have read that it is dishwasher safe, but there is nothing on the mug that states that is or is not dishwasher or microwave safe, so I always hand wash it.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. He loves game of thrones and he loved the gift! I ordered very close to Christmas and was expecting that I wouldn't get it to him until long after it passed especially because I live in Canada. I was super stoked when it showed up a little over a week later and I got to give it to him only a couple days after Christmas! It was a great gift, it's a great mug and I would definately shop the HBO store again!

This Greyjoy Stein is probably the best looking of all the steins currently offered, and I like it a little more than my Stark Stein due to the color combinations. The Stein was packaged very well with bubble wrap and arrived undamaged. Recommended to all. I hope we will get a House Martell Stein added to the HBO Shop before long.

I like it as a coffee mug, but I have trouble holding the handle because it's too small in relation to the rest of the mug. A stein should be bigger. This is just a mug. A little expensive for just a mug.

I expected the product to be larger than it is. The only major complaint however is that the enamel on my mug did not have a consistent edge on the bottom, so there are white unfinished spots close to the bottom that are quite visible.

This was exactly what it claimed to be! I was afraid it would be too big for an average office coffee cup, but it is perfect and also holds a full can of soda or beer! I had read bad reviews about the printing on the T-Shirts, but the print on the stein looked good and bold. Highly Recommended for a fan of the show!

The handle has an odd shape to it, and it can be annoying to hand clean at times, but it's quite awesome! It's one of my two go-to mugs(the Stark one is the other) now.Though I will say HBO's sales are excellent, [...]. Just a heads up so there's no surprises. Cost me an extra dozen or so dollars.

I like the mugs. I got the ones I did because they are in the colors of the actual character Houses from the show. I would get more if they came in more colors instead of just black and white.

I was expecting this to be of so-so quality, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got it. It is quite durable, it doesn't feel like it will break very easily. I really like the detailing on the cup and the house logo seems like it's not likely to peel/flake off easily. I don't trust it in the dishwasher so I can't comment on that.

I like the size of it, maybe a little bigger than a large highball glass. It's also nice that the base is larger than the top which means you can't spill it very easily either.

When I was ordering the mugs, I thought the pictures made it look like the white ones were made of material that was a little big rough. That isn't the case, they are smooth just like the black ones. I personally prefer them being smooth, but just be aware of that in case you were thinking the same thing I was.

I bought 3 of these mugs (Targaryen, Greyjoy, and Stark) and I like them so much I'm tempted to order the last 4 and finish off the set. Then those kooks who actually care about the Tully's or Arryn's will have something to drink out of.

This stein/mug is heavy and gorgeous. The embossed trim shows a little bit of stylized wear that is my favorite part. Seeing it on my desk every morning helps to ease the mundane aspects of work.

And of course the kraken is epic.
