I had a bad experience with ordering this hat and a T-shirt "Vamp Up". First they got the address wrong and then accused me of putting in the address wrong, not taking any repsonsiblity for messing up the order. They the T-shirt was returned and was refunded after I gave them the right address and was told that I would not have to pay anything extra. Then they sent me the hat but the T-shirt was never sent even after I said I would pay for it and they told me that I would not have to pay anything.
I have a foreign name and I think the manager or whoever thought I was steeling or something. Even though I have ordered several things in the past. And both items were originally returned. To add to the confussion. I spoke to some one named Marcus who was REALLY RUDE. He questioned why situation and then stated, "Your received the hat, How many of those did you receive." Implying many things here. Having said that. I will probably never by from HBO again. I don't like those sutle discrimination attitudes nor do I like it when people are condescending when I am telling the truth. The hat is great, I love true blood. I just think that businesses are not being honest to the customer. it took all the fun of collecting True Blood thing. Be careful all. Make sure you have everything documented so you won't have a negative experience and it ruins the joy of collecting these things.
