I was a young, single mom, during the end of the Viet Nam War. I saw television images but was not as connected as I wanted to be. I attended a one week class taught by soldiers: men and women who fought in the war. It was the best experience for the teachers and myself.
Both Home From Iraq and ALIVE DAY content come directly from the gut. In honor and respect; I may be asked; as a Counselor to share their feelings. These films, will do just that. I honor them, in this way.

This documentary portrayed a very honest depiction of what life is like for a wounded vet. The dialog was up front, in your face and real. Nothing was held back. It answered many questions about what happens to our American heroes. This movie should be seen by every true blooded American.
